Remarks
This class both represents an individual Licence issued to allow use of DicomObjects on a particular machine, and also acts as a placeholder for many static methods and properties which allow Licences to be listed, obtained (off-line or on-line) selected and deleted. For licence activation to be controlled via an external file at startup, DicomObjects offers a mechanism for using an Activation File
