Remarks

An object of this class may be used in 4 ways:

As a parameter to one of the overrides of DicomDataSet.Read
By assigning to DicomGlobal.DefaultReadBehaviour
By setting the ReadBehaviour property of an explicitly created DicomAssociation
By setting the ReadBehaviour property of an internally generated DicomAssociation object during the DicomServer.AssociationRequest event

Most of the behaviours controlled by the properties of this object may also be set globally using the internal registry, but this object allows more granular control.
