Remarks

Anchor comprises the x and y coordinates, which are now floating numbers in .NET version, and only applies to text labels.

If ShowAnchor is true, then a line is drawn from the border of the text label to a point in the image indicated by these coordinates.

If AnchorScaleMode is set to Image, then the anchor point is transformed with the image exactly the same way that the label itself is if ScaleMode is set to Image.
