    Remarks
    By default, this is the same as the size of the DICOm frames, but some codecs (especially when combined with DICOM rules) have specific requirements, so this can be set independently. If the input and output rates differ, then the ffmpeg "pad" and/or "scale" filters are change the size as required.

    Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
