Remarks

If the label is a text label, and this property is true, then a line is drawn from the border of the text label to a point in the image indicated by the X and Y co-ordinates of the anchor.

If AnchorScaleMode is set to Image, then the anchor point is transformed with the image exactly the same way that the label itself is if ScaleMode is set to Image.
