RotationCentre Property

Controls the centre of rotation of a text label.

Remarks

This properrty is used for 2 purposes:

When an explicit rotation is applied to a label
When an image is rotated, but the label is not rotated due to the setting of the RotationMode which therefore requires that the label be rotated relative to the image.
