Returns the mean value of the pixels in the ROI

Image: The image from which the pixel data is taken for the calculations
Scale: If true, then the rescale slope and offset are applied to the data values

The mean value of the pixels in the ROI

Remarks

This method may only be used for DicomLabels of type Rectangle, Ellipse, Polygon or Bitmap.
