Remarks

This should not change during the (de)compression phase. if this needs to be modified (e.g. changing to or from YBR_FULL_422 for JPEG images), then such changes should occur during the PrepareCompressFunction (for compression) or signaled via the GetDecompressedPhotometricInterpretationFunction (for decompression).
