Controls whether DicomObjects alters Lossy compression related attributes (for e.g. Instance UID, Source Image Sequence and Image Type) to reflect the change in data due to lossy compression. ChangeLossyUIDs is a subset of this property where that only controls the UID changes but the other attributes are updated appropriately
