    Parameters

    stream
    The Stream which carries the data

    Return Value

    True if the byte 129 - 132 is DICM and the next 8 bytes contains the group 0 header data 02 00 00 00 55 4C 04 00
    Requirements

    Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
