    The inverse of the compresion rate

    Remarks
    This value holds the ratio of the final compressed length to the original uncompressed length expressed as a fraction. e.g. Rate = 0.1 gives a compresison ratio of 10:1. It is only valid when Lossy=true;
    Requirements

    Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
